EMTV, PetroMarker's holding Company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the private placement of 422,594 shares directed towards existing investors.
The placement was made at a share price of NOK 48 per share, and the capital increase represent approximatively 1.8% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
Gross proceeds from the private placement amount to NOK 20,284,512.
This successful placement shows the continued confidence of PetroMarker's shareholders in its technology and its growing market share.
